Vix Mask here

Open new image 600x600

Open Bloody hearts copy and paste as a new layer. Add drop shadow.

Open Frame 2 copy and paste as a new layer over your previous step. Select magic wand Click inside frames.Selections modify expand by 5. .

Open paper 3 copy and paste as a new layer. Selections invert delete.Drag paper under frame. 

Select magic wand Click inside frame.Selections modify expand by 5.

Open tube copy and paste as a new layer. Selections invert delete.Drag tube under frame.

Open chrome heart blood copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom on the frame. Add drop shadow.

Open umbrella resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer on each side of the frame as I have. Add drop shadow.

Open the candle copy and paste as a new layer under the umbrella as I have on top of the umbrella handle. Add drop shadow.

Open bloody rose resize by 225 copy and paste as a new layer over the candle stick. Add drop shadow. 

Open bow resize by 150 copy and paste on each of the candle sticks. Add drop shadow. 

Open wordart resize by 300 copy and paste toward the bottom of the frame as I have. Add drop shadow.

Open voodoo doll resize by 150 copy and paste at each end of your wordart. Add drop shadow.

Open tube of choice copy and paste as A new layer where ever you like. Add drop shadow. 

Thats it your finished with your tag! :)

Add artist copyright info add name layers merge and your done!My tut is just a guide you can totally make it your own!

Open new image 600x600

Open sparkle copy and paste like a scatter on the blank page. 

Open candy sparkle 2 copy and paste as a new layer as you did in step 1. 

Open doodle 2 resize by 500 copy and pste as a new layer. Mirror and place again . Add drop shadow. 

Open doodle 1 resize by 500 flip copy and paste as a new layer. mirror and paste again. Add drop shadow. 

Open Frame 1 resize by 500 copy and paste as a new layer over your previous steps. Select magic wand Click inside frames.Selections modify expand by 5. .

Open paper 23 copy and paste as a new layer. Selections invert delete.Drag paper under frame. 

Select magic wand Click inside frames.Selections modify expand by 5.

Open tube copy and paste as a new layer. Selections invert delete.Drag tube under frame.

Open Candylicious word art copy and paste as a new layer toward the bottom of your tag. Add drop shadow. 

Open fluff 1 2 and 3 resize by 100 copy and place as a new layer on each end of your word art. Add drop shadow.

Open martini glass resize by 150 copy and paste as a new layer on each side of the frame. Add drop shadow. Make sure it is behind the cottom candy. 

Open candy 1 and 2 resize by 150 copy and paste as a new layer in the frames as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open bow 4 resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer over the stem of the cotton candy. Add drop shadow.

Open tube of choice copy and paste as A new layer where ever you like. Add drop shadow. 

Thats it your finished with your tag! :)

Open element 32 copy and paste as a new layer over element 113. 

Open element 83 copy and paste off center of the tag. Add drop shadow.

Open element 88 copy and paste at the bottom of the tag. Add drop shadow. 

OPen element 8 resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open element 15 resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer over the notebook. Add drop shadow.

Open element 47 resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer in front of the notebook.

Open elements 10 and 11 resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer on the right bottom as I have. Add drop shadow.

Open element 66 resize by 200 copy and paste as I have. Add drop shadow.

Open element 73 copy and paste as a new layer toward the bottom of the tag. Add drop shadow. 

Open element 30 copy and paste as a new layer over element 73 as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open element 13 copy and paste as a new layer. Add drop shadow.

Open element 81 wordart 81 resize by 500 copy and paste as a new layer as I have., Add drop shadow.

Open new image 600x600

Open doodle 2 copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate mirror and paste again as I have. Add drop shadow. 

OPen sparkles and place over the doodles. Add drop shadow. 

Open backing copy and paste as a new layer above everything as I have. This will act as the mask. 

OPen  Frame 2  copy and paste as a new layer.

Select magic wand click inside of frame.Selection expand by 6. 

Open paper 13 copy and paste as a new layer .Selections invert delete. Drag under frame.

Open zipped lips resize by 200. Copy and paste as a new layer at the top of your tag. use raster deform tool to rotate slightly. Add drop shadow. 

Open bottle cap 1 and 2 and place as on each side of your frame. Add drop shadow. 

Open lock resize by 100 copy and paste as a new layer on the right hand side of your tag above the bottle caps. Add drop shadow. 

Open wordart sticker resize by 300 and place to the bottom of your frame as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open skullcady resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer on each side of the word art. Make sure it is under the word art. Add drop shadow. 

Open your blue star resize by 150 copy and paste as a new layer one each side of your word art. Add drop shadow. 

Open your tube of choice and place where ever you like on your tag. Add drop shadow.

Open new image 600x600

Open paper 7 copy and paste as a new layer. 

Open Vix mask 404.

Select paper raster new mask layer from image. Choose Vix mask 404. Layers merge group.

OPen  Frame 4  resize by 600 copy and paste as a new layer.

Select magic wand click inside of frame.Selection expand by 6. 

Open pirate photo copy and paste as a new layer .Selections invert delete. Drag under frame.

Open island resize by 550 copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of your frame. Add drop shadow.

Open sand  copy and paste as a new layer in front of the island as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open coins resize by 300 copy and paste as a new layer over the sand as I have. Duplicate mirror and place again. 

Open flag resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the frame. Add drop shadow.

Open bottle barrel and pirate sword resize them all by 200 copy and paste as a new layer to the right bottom of your frame. Add drop shadow.

Open treasure chest and rolled map resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer to the right of your frame as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open ship wheel resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer behind the treasure chest. Add drop shadow.

Open anchor resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer behind the treasure chest but make sure it is visible. Add drop shadow.

Open your tube of choice and place where ever you like on your tag. Add drop shadow.
