This one is a quickie but to me the end result is beautiful!

Open new image 600x600

Open paper SBR18 copy and paste as a new layer.

Open Vix Mask 197.

Raster new mask layer from image. Choose Vix Mask 197. Layers merge group.

Open Frames copy and paste as a new layer.

Magic wand click frame modify expand 6.

Open paper 6 copy and paste as a new layer. Invert delete. Drag paper under frame.

Open sparkles copy and paste under frame.Duplicate mirror and place under frame again.

Open flower vines 1 and 2 copy and paste as a new layer under your frame as I have. Add drop shadow.

Magic wand click frame selections modify expand by 5.

Open your tube  Copy and paste as a new layer.Selections invert delete. Drag it under the frame.I used raster deform to turn the one tube to fit.

Choose tube layers and change to luminancy legacy.

Add drop shadow to frame. 

Open bow 1 and bow 2 resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer in each one of your frames as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open Ribbon 3 and 4 copy and paste at the bottom of your frames. Add drop shadow.

Open flower 3 resize by 300 copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate mirror and place at opposite end as I have.Make sure you place them over the ribbon. Add drop shadow.

Open flower String 2 resize by 250 copy and paste as a new layer place over your flowers. Add drop shadow.

Choose a font and type out Pretty as a Picture. 

Add drop shadow to it. 

You can add as many elements as you want the possibilites are endless with this kit. Remember to add drop shadow.

Finally open tube of choice copy paste as a new layer.Drop Shadow. 

Add artist copyright info if needed add name layers merge and your done!My tut is just a guide you can totally make it your own!

Open new image 600x600

Open paper 2 copy and paste as a new layer. Add drop shadow.

Open Vix mask 405.

Select paper raster new mask layer from image. Choose Vix mask 405. Layers merge group.

Open wire and copy over mask.Add drop shadow.

Open splatters copy and paste as a new layer over the wire. Add drop shadow.

OPen Frame 2 resize by 500 copy and paste as a new layer. Add drop shadow.

Open frame one copy and paste as a new layer under frame2. Add drop shadow.

Open Frame 5 copy and paste as a new layer over Frames 1 and 2. 

Use magic wand and click inside frame 5. Expand by 5. Open close up of your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. 

Selections invert delete. Drag tube under frame. 

Adjust. Select hue and saturation change to the color you want it to be. 

Add drop shadow to your frame.

Open sparkles 2 copy and paste as a new layer under your frames. 

OPen nail polish,lips, handbag2, and bottle cap 1 resize them all by 200 copy and paste a s anew layer to your liking at the bottom of the tag. Add drop shadow.

Open bottle cap keychain and resize by 225 copy and paste as a new layer on each side of your frame. Add drop shadow. 

Open bow 2 resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer on top of each bottle cap keychain. Adddrop shadow.

Open skull butterfly 1 resize by 150 copy and paste on top of each bow. Add drop shadow.

Choose a font and type out What's your Poison at the top of your tag. 

I used glass and gradient glow from Eyecandy but you dont have too. You can make it totally your way. Add drop shadow to the Font.

Open skull doodle 1 copy and paste as a new layer under your elements at the bottom. Add drop shadow.

Open your tube of choice and place in the middle of your tag as I have. Add drop shadow.

Thats it your finished with your tag! :)

Open paper 18 copy and paste as a new layer. Add drop shadow.

Open Vix mask 181.

Select paper raster new mask layer from image. Choose Vix mask 181. Layers merge group.

Open square chainlink and copy over mask. 

Open tattoo copy and paste as a new layer on each side of your chainlink as I have.

Add drop shadow . 

Open tattoo 2 copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of you tag as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open bottle cap 1 and 2 resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer on each side of the tattoo 1 as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open pillow resice by 200 copy and paste as a new layer in top of the bottle caps.Make sure you can still see both of youre bottle caps. Add drop shadow. 

Open lipstick resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer on each side of the bottle cap as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open naughty bear 2 resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer in front of each pillow making sure you cover the playboy bunny up. Add drop shadow.

Open hat 1 resize by 200 coy and paste as a new layer in front of the lip stick as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open  clsoe up of your tube copy and paste in the middle of your tag  behind everything as I have. Add drop shadow.

Thats it your finished with your tag! :)

Open new image 600x600

Open paper 4 copy and paste as a new layer. Add drop shadow.

Open Vix mask 414.

Select paper raster new mask layer from image. Choose Vix mask 414. Layers merge group.

Open Frame element21 resize by 500  copy and paste as a new layer. 

Magic wand click inside of your frame. Modify expand by 5. 

Open paper 6 select invert delete.

Drag paper under frame. 

Add drop shadow to frame. 

Open captured memories5 flower. Copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of your frame. Add drop shadow. 

Open captured memories1 copy and paste as a new layer under your frame. Add drop shadow. 

Open captured memories 5 bow. Resize by 250 copy and paste as a new layer in the top righ corner. Add drop shadow. 

Open captured memories 6 resize by 150 copy and paste as a new layer in the lower right hand corner. Add drop shadow. 

Open captured memories 35 resize by 100 copy and paste as a new layer in front of the lantern. Add drop shadow.

Open captured memories 23 resize by 200 copy and paste in front of the candle and the lantern. Add d rop shadow. 

Choose a font and write out Always Hope

Change to a raster layer. Effects gradient glow with these settings- glow width 9.78 soft corners-25 overall opacity 100 Color white.

Repeat steps and choose pink as your second color. Add drop shadow. You can place this to your liking.

Open tube copy and paste in the middle of your frame behind the flowers as I have. Add drop shadow.

Thats it your finished with your tag! :)

Open new image 600x600

Open ElementE61  copy and paste as a new layer. Add drop shadow.

Open ElementE62  copy and paste as a new layer. Add drop shadow.

Open Frame element F9 Image free rotate copy and paste as a new layer. 

Magic wand click inside of your frame. Modify expand by 5. 

Open paper PP6 copy and paste as a new layer selcect invert delete. Drag paper under Frame. 

Magic wand click inside of your frame. Modify expand by 5 again.

Open 4 of your tube's. Copy and paste as a new layer. Select invert delete. 

Change to color of your liking. 

Open Wordart 5 copy and paste as a new layer at the top of your frame. Add drop shadow. 

Open candy elements E2 and E3 resize by 150 copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom right of your tag. Add drop shadow. 

Open element E8 resize by 200  copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom right of your tag.  Add drop shadow. 

Open element E7 resize by 100 copy and paste as a new layer. Add drop shadow.

Open element E12 AND 13 copy and paste as a new layer on the Right bottom of your frame as I have behind the other elements. Add drop shadow. 

Open element E26 resize by 150 copy and paste as a new layer to the side of the elemets as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open element E5 resize by 150 copy and paste as a new layer behind the blue cupcake. Add drop shadow. 

Open element E71 resize by 150 copy and paste as a new layer over your other elements. Add drop shadow.  

Open tube copy and paste toward the side of your tag as I have. Add drop shadow.
