Open new image 600x600
Open paper 13 copy and paste as a new layer.
New mask layer from image Vix mask 374. Layers Merge group.
Open frame element 16 resize by 600  copy and paste as a new layer.
Magic wand click frame expand by 5.
Open paper 13 copy and paste as a new layer.
Selections invert delete. Drag paper under frame.
Open Frame 4 resize by 500 drag under Frame 3.Add drop shadow.
Open element 45 resize by 350 copy and paste as a new layer duplicate Mirror . Copy and paste on each side of your frame at the bottom. Drop shadow.
OPen elements 5,6,7,8,and 9 resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer as I have around the side of your frame.Add drop shadow.
Open 57 and resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer on the right side of your frame as I have. Add drop shadow.
Open element 56 resize by 200 copy and paste as a new layer.Place in front of element 57. Drop shadow.
Open elements 50, 51 and 53 resize and place to at the bottom left of your tag.Add drop shadow as I have. Instead of black I used White.


Open your choice of tube copy and paste as a new layer behind your flowers and bottle caps as I have. Add drop shadow.
Add artist copyright info add name layers merge and your done!My tut is just a guide you can totally make it your own!
