Vix Mask here

Open new image 600x600

Open paper 8 copy and paste as a new layer. 

Open Vix mask 382. Choose paper raster new mask layer from image. 

Choose Vix mask 382. Layers merge group. 

Open frame 5  copy and paste as a new layer. 

Select magic wand Click inside frame.Selections modify expand by 5. 

Open paper 5 copy and paste as a new layer. Selections invert delete.Drag paper under frame. 

Select magic wand again Click inside frame.Selections modify expand by 5. 

Open Star resize by 200. Copy and paste as a new layer on each side of your frame in the corners as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Select magic wand again Click inside frame.Selections modify expand by 5.

Open City copy and paste as a new layer. 

Selections invert delete. Drag city under frame. 

Open elements sun glasses sexy makeup 3 and shoes resize them by 350 copy and paste as new layers on  the right hand side of your tag to your liking or as I have. Add drop shadow. 

Open makeup 5 handbag make up 6 and makeup 7 resize by 350 copy and paste as new layers in the bottom left corner of your tag. Add drop shadows.

Choose a font and type out Girly Girl and place it in the top left of your tag.

I added gradient glow to mine with these settings:

Glow width: 6.01

Soft corners:25

Over all opacity: 100  

I used white the choose a pink from the tag and layed it with same settings both times. 

Open tube of choice copy and paste as A new layer where ever you like. Add drop shadow. 

Thats it your finished with your tag! :)

Add artist copyright info add name layers merge and your done!

My tut is just a guide you can totally make it your own!
