Open new image 600x600
Open 17 copy and paste as a new layer duplicate mirror.
Open LOOP ELEMENT 28 copy and paste as a new layer.Select magic wand click frame modify expand by 5 .Open paper 9 copy and paste as a new layer  Selections invert delete drag paper under frame.
open ELEMENT 12 resize by 500 copy and paste as new layer in middle of frame.
Open element 10 resize by 200 paste as a new layer duplicate paste again as i haveon each side of tag.Add drop shadow.
open element47 resize 200.Use raster deform to turn slightly place at bottom of frame beside each candle.
Open element 9 use raster deform to turn to the left a little and copy and paste as a new layer behind candle on the left.
Open element 22 resize by 200 mirror add to top right of the frame.
Open element 8 resize by 201 copy and paste to top left of tag. Add drop shadow.
Open element 3 resize by 200 place at bottom of tag. Drop shadow.
You can add as many elements as you want the possibilites are endless with this kit. Remember to add drop shadow.
Finally open tube of choice copy paste add artist copyright info if needed add name layers merge and your done!My tut is just a guide you can totally make it your own!
