Open new image 600x600
Open paper 6 copy and paste as a new layer.Raster new mask layer from image Vix Mask413
Hit ok. Layers merge group.Open frame resize by 550 copy and paste above mask.Add Drop shadow.
OPen decor place under frame duplicate mirror as I have.
Select magic wand click frame modify expand by 5. Open paper11 copy and paste as a new layer selections invert delete  drag  under frame.
Open butterfly's copy and paste as a new layer inside of frame.
Open rose resize by 200 copy and place at bottom of frame as i have on each side. Open decor 2  resize by 250 copy and paste as a new layer at the sides of the frame drop shadow.OPen leaves 2 copy and paste in the corners of the frame Add Drop shadow.
Open bottles 1 and 2 resize by 100 copy and paste as a new layer on each side of the frame  add drop shadow.Open feather resize by 100 copy  and paste as a new layer on each side of the leaves inside the frame  add drop shadow.
Open ribbon5 copy and paste as a new layer drag under the flowers and bottle make sure it is showing at the top.Add drop shadow.
Open gobblet resize by 100 copy and paste beside the bottle that says poison.Duplicate mirror and past on the other side of the tag. Open flower resize by 100 copy and paste as a new layer in the middle of your frame at the bottom. add drop shadow.
You can add as many elements as you like to this tag.Have fun with it and make it your own! :)

Finally open tube of choice copy paste add artist copyright info if needed add name layers merge and your done!My tut is just a guide you can totally make it your own!
