(please do not use kits or tubes with out proper license)

Open a new image 600x600
Open paper ASSLBTP copy and paste paper as new image.

Open VIX mask 433  right click on raster layer new mask layer from image choose Vix mask.Hit OK.Layers merge group.
Open frame ASSLBTElement_SBR26 Resize 500.Paste as a new layer.Use magic wand click frame selection modify expand by 4 hit ok. Copy and paste paper ASSLBTPPaper_sbr06 as a new layer selections invert delete.Drag paper under frame.open Frame ASSLBTElement_SBR35 copy and paste as a new layer drag under frame ASSLBTElement_SBR26.Open Flower and resize 200 place as I have add drop shadow that suits you.
Open your tube place as i have or to better suit your style.Remember to add drop shadow as you go to make it pop.
Open elementASSLBTElement_SBR39 and paste as a new layer. Drag it under the flowers add drop shadow.
Add as many elements as you want and  where you want.
Please make sure to put proper copyright and license numbers and they are visible.
Merge all layers add name and your finished.
